Château de la Chapelle, Belgium

Chateau de la Chapelle, Belgium

Château de la Chapelle is an abandoned mansion in Belgium with an integral chapel. The house appears to have been used as a function venue before its closure.

Château de la Chapelle is an abandoned house in Belgium. The entire house is lovely and to a very high standard, but the main feature is an amazing chapel. It’s very unusual to find a chapel built as part of a house so it was fascinating to explore.

It would appear the house has been used as wedding venue, owing to the large number of chairs and tables, and the chapel!

  1. How long has this place been empty, I love to think about what life was like In this house, in any of these places that you have photos of. I wonder what that cash register was all about.Seemed alittle odd…..

  2. ,, GREAT PHOTOS, AND THE BUILDING IS INCREDIBLE,, SO,
IT SEEMS THE CEILING IS CAVING IN IN THE CHAPEL,, IS THIS PLACE BEING USED AT ALL,, OR MAYBE A REHAB, SHAME TO LET IT FALL APART,,,
