La Morgue Prélude is an abandoned mortuary in France. The morgue is situated within an expansive site that was opened in the 1860s and is mostly still in use. The mortuary building itself is still in good condition and is used occasionally for filming purposes. A porcelain slab remains in place in the main examination room, but a second slab had been removed.
