An abandoned house in Italy with its own winery, chapel and even a crypt where the family elders were laid to rest.

Villa Cripta is an abandoned house in Italy with its own chapel and crypt. The house was clearly built by a wealthy family, the older generations of which were laid to rest in the crypt below the chapel.

The house itself contains some very impressive rooms with ornately painted ceilings. The reception hall is lined with columns.
There is also a winery and stable block within the grounds. The winery still contains large barrels for wine fermentation and storage.

how can someone just leave a place like this with all the remains of their ancestors?!?! what a shame.
I often think that when visiting these kinds of places. Strange isn’t it!
